Delivery

Delivery will be 3-7 working days from the point of order unless stated otherwise on product page. If for any reason they have not been received by this time, please contact us.

We will notify you to confirm the delivery date as the consignment must be signed for. Goods will not be dropped without a customer’s signature.

We will use carriers to deliver your order. The delivery cost will be displayed on the checkout page.

For insurance purposes, when receiving your order you must check the goods before signing the delivery note. If there are any noticeable damages you must sign and note DAMAGED and preferably take a photo of the damaged goods. It is essential that you contact us within 48 hours after delivery and notify us of the damage.

Any shortages in delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please Note: For any PVC Gates & Fencing – we would recommend not booking in any fitting service until you have received your items. Although we send these items on a 24 hour service, we have been experiencing some delays due to driver shortages. 

 

Part Deliveries

If for any reason we have to put an item on back order, and deliver your order in separate consignments, we will only charge you for one delivery.

  

Returns Policy – Faulty or Damaged Goods

If the goods are faulty or damaged we will refund the cost of the goods and the delivery charge. Please contact customerservice@fasterplastics.co.uk to arrange for the goods to be collected. All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty or damaged when tested then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection.

If we are not notified of damage within 24 hours we are unable to claim from the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 24 hours.

 

Returns Policy – Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind about the product when you receive it, you can return it at any time within 7 days for a full refund of the product cost.

(Please note that made to measure items e.g. gates and fencing are excluded.)

It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition. They should be well packed and sent to:

Please note: Any items that are made to size cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged or goods are not supplied to sizes stated on the order. (This includes Polycarbonate Sheets and PVC Gates and Fencing.)
