Returns Policy – Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty or damaged we can send out a replacement or refund the cost of the goods. Please contact email@example.com to arrange for the goods to be collected. All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty or damaged when tested then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the collection unless you make your own arrangements to deliver the gate back to us.
Please make sure that all goods are checked before delivery is signed for.
Claims for damages can only be honoured if the goods are signed for as damaged at time of delivery.
Please note: Damaged items can only be sent free of charge if we are notified within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
Any damages reported after this period could be deemed to have occurred whilst the items were in your care and no claims will be possible.
If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you can return it at any time within 7 days for a full refund of the product cost.
Please note that this does not apply to ‘Polycarbonate Glazing’ or any of the ‘PVC Gates and Fences’ as these are bespoke made to measure products and are therefore excluded.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition. They should be well packed and sent to:
